Re: Toronto, Ontario
I was actually extremely surprised when the police let me stand nearly in front of the church with my sign (I thought it would catch the eye of more people passing by) and I tried to inform as many people as possible. Many of the org members just gave me EXTREMELY dirty looks and didn't bother to respond when I wished them a "nice day". Also,

Re: Toronto, Ontario
Hats off to you, Anonymous! I wish I'd come for this raid after seeing the piccies, it looked like a lot of fun!
A hell of a lot more fun than the rain in April, that's for sure. It's a pity to see numbers down again (although I feel like a hypocrite saying so), but It's reassuring to see that even when numbers are down 150 people show up. :D AND THERE WAS CAKE! <3 ![]()

Re: Toronto, Ontario
We have been commented on for mini-raiding more than most other cities, perhaps all other cities. From now to 6/14 we must not only keep that stat but be UPSTAT
what I am saying is in the simplest sense MOAR

What a wonderful job!
Being on the west side of Yonge St. Cake. Chalk! I can't wait to start watching videos... I keep hearing the numbers were down. Don't worry about the numbers! Enturbulation is not directly proportional to the numbers of Anonymous as Anonymous is one. (This is the first raid I missed |

Re: Toronto, Ontario
Awesome job today.
Despite the smaller turnout due to the start of the holidays, it was still an epic day of victory. Flikr Scientology Protest Toronto May 10th 2008 - a set on Flickr Video My playlist: YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.

Re: Toronto, Ontario
Agreed Owner. I thought that the raid was pretty successfull.
- The people took fliers, and read them. Talked to people about it, answered their questions. - PIZZA (A whopping total, thanks to whoever paid for it) - Cake (brought by the guys mom) - CHALK-late raid was awesome - Gregg identified himself as being Spacko - Rickrolling is always a treat |

Re: Toronto, Ontario
I feel like such a failure for not making the protest.
I caught the flu Thursday and just didn't have the strength to get freeman. Since the next protest doesn't have a videogame theme I don't think my uniform will work. (plus the damn thing is hot as hell) PRO-TIP: If you are
I would like to hear from you for a possible hl2/scientology parody I am trying to produce. Still need to get a few other things together and juggle my schedule a bit. I currently prefer a anon since all the real actors I know don't want to risk getting their careers ruined. (your face would be concealed of course) PM me |

Why am I posting this at 3:07am?
Anyway, long-time lurker, I recently joined and I'm pretty sure this is my first post! The protest was awesome, and in lieu of the summer just beginning we had a decent turnout and lots of fun! Props to whoever it was that bought pizza! Also, the cake, cookies, and Hershey's chocolates were delicious! Here's my contribution of photos: Flickr: Adventurehero McDangerpants' Photostream I was double-mask girl. :) @ Civil Protection about the Half Life thing: I'll totally be Alyx Vance, you need an Alyx Vance, right? Right? The mass rickrolling was amazing, I'll have to upload my videos ASAP. Good times, anon. |

Re: Toronto, Ontario
Did anyone get a pic of the guy (or gal) on a cruiser motorcycle with the V mask? That was great and unexpected! (Didn't look to see if the plate was covered during the pass.) Hells Anonymous...
I couldn't stick around too long because I had to go out to Ajax, but I did swing past just before 8pm: ![]() Notice the blinds. Is the org half open or half closed? MockerRule/TParty051008 - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Re: Toronto, Ontario
A bit of a downer -- fewer people honked, and we lost our side of the street. C'mon local merchants, where's your love for the Internet Haet Machine?!
![]() Akin to preceding Intrabutt fads such as Flashmobs and the Free Hugs Campaign, the CO$ raid phenomenon is wearing off, and our numbers are dropping quickly. Large-scale global protests will probably sustain until August or so, with a rapid decline in attendance, after which, our movement will have lost most of its momentum. Naturally, Scifags get a raging intergalactic boner from watching our setbacks, considering how they can't wait for Anonymous to stop shitting all over their precious Dianetics. But as they rub their greedy thetan-soiled hands together, Toronto won't quit, m i rite guise? We have a small group of die-hard Anons ready to hit the org repeatedly in its tender Xenu testicles. With caek in our bloodstream, and Mudkipz on our shoulder, Toronto anon is a pretty cool guy who doesn't afraid of anything! ![]() Anyway, sweet raid; thanks to all who showed up -- oldfags, newfags, even some furfags. Lulz were had by all. Epic banners, flags and signs, caek, music, rick-roll and pizza. Toronto Anon FTW! tl;dr: xenu testicles |
