It's commercial/office on the tax rolls (2003 info).

There are several areas that they might be in violation of. Here's what I could think of:

• People living in the building.
  
  Yonge Street is zoned for it--the bldg itself, Greg might know better.
  
• Preparing and serving food without permits or inspection.
  
  Apparently they boil everything so permits won't apply. Am checking more on this soon. If they weren't such idjits they'd just send a few people for food handler certificates--they aren't that expensive.
  
• Fire safety inspection. They still have rooms full of 20 year-old stacks of paper. Possible lack of open paths to fire exits. Do the alarms work, etc?
  
  Good point--possibilities there.
  
• Proper insurance coverage, especially with people living there.
  
  Again, that would have to do with commercial/residential zoning.

I have no idea how to proceed with those. I know that WBN has looked into several areas over the years.
