Ceberano is an active member of the controversial Church of Scientology and spokesperson for it's anti-psychiatry front group the CCHR.

She is a third-generation member of the Church of Scientology in Australia, her grandmother having once been employed as a governess for L. Ron Hubbard's children.

I noticed this ad featuring Australian singer and Scientologist Kate Ceberano on my travels yesterday, so i went back tonight armed with pre-written messages on duct/electricians tape. The ad is located right near a bus stop and train station and should get a good amount of foot traffic. Unfortunately it's located about 100 feet from a police station so should someone complain it'd be removed pretty promptly :(

It must be said, that i too DO NOT encourage Vandalism or Graffiti to get our message out there. Which is why the tape was the only way to go. As it causes no permanent damage, and can easily be removed.

I'm completely expecting it to be gone when i pass it again in the next few days. But, that's ok.

I was staring at the one at my tram stop wondering how well "Theteans Hold My Boobs Up" would read/be understood and then my tram came.... good idea, much like the guys in the US who's names escape me who modify billboards.

Love the idea, I think the message could be improved. Most people will just see a chick in a bra, and graffiti about something they don't care about. Tie it together a little better.

And asking 'what are your crimes' sounds terrible to anyone that doesn't know its significance.

edit: blue painters tape might be a better idea, too, as it's easily removed, and thus less likely to get you prosecuted for vandalism. In this end, this is probably vandalism regardless, and thus is best avoided.

I understand what you mean. 'What are you crimes?' by itself would have been lost on everybody, which it directly follows the 'Scientology is guilty of...' to imply that if you are a scientologist you must be guilty of something if only by association.
