[Operation Over the Wall] Follow Up

We have sent a lot of postcards--over 2300 at this writing, and we will continue to send them.

But now we can follow up with phone calls to the Int Base in Hemet. Blownforgood has provided us with another brilliant idea along with the necessary intel.

The plane idea is the best I have seen. Hemet Ryan airfield is 15 minutes from Gold by car! I know the costs are not that much, even if footed by a few people or from donations.

Here are some other ideas that could or could not be good.

That whole place is crazy about being able to get a hold of people RIGHT NOW. It is a big deal. If Dave Miscavige needs somebody, they have to be tracked down and most of the time the receptionist is used to track these people down.

A lot of people on the base are NOT ALLOWED TO CALL OUT ON A DIRECT LINE. If you want to make an outside call YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH RECEPTION and then they dial the number for you and then connect you. They log the numbers and make sure that who you are saying you are calling is actually who you are calling. This is so you don't call the police, relatives or the FBI.

Well to add insult to injury, the entire Int Base is working around the clock to get prepared for the Scientology June 6th Event that will be happening in the next two weeks. This requires people getting in stuff from all around the world and getting data and pictures sent in from around the world. A lot of this depends on phone calls!

I'm just saying...

If people just called Gold Reception, CMO Int Reception and RTC Reception and ask for people in the SP hall, that would pretty much shut them down. Or just ask for regular staff member there, or Rickroll them from an automated web page that calls any of these numbers.

Due to the fact that every single call must be screened by a physical person, they have no voice mail or automated phone systems. On a good day the recceptionist would get a call every minute. Add a few thousand extra calls per day and they are going to have to automate or come up with some way to get calls through. Even if they change the numbers, I will have access to the new numbers within one day. Even if you just rickroll them from the net, it would shut that place down. This might even force them to give staff individual access to make calls.

The Main Booth at the Int base is the Security control center for the entire base. Blow it away with calls and that will also majorly mess with them. They have phones in there that are direct lines from Dave Miscavige's Office and they call down all the time. If the other phones are ringing off the hook, the guard can't handle alarms, answer the phones, talk to the other guards etc. It will be a mess.

This link below will give you an idea of what the receptionists are trained to deal with. Most of the time the receptionists are the low guys on the totem pole and they have no way to double team the phone systems. It all goes through one person!

*86 when you call to block your ID. Only call the toll free number from payphones and if you want, ask for someone on the crew list.

Make sure that you find a way to squeeze a mention or 2 of the toll free hot line # 1-866-XSEAORG into the conversation with the receptionist or the security guard guys. We want them to blow. Or we want them to gossip to someone who will gossip to someone who will go "oh rly" and use the info to blow at the next available opportunity.

I would also recomend telling them that the police in Hemet will help anyone who wants to be escorted off the base, and that there is nothing anyone there, including DM, to interfer with the police escort. Tell them that they CAN call 911.

And don't forget to call anonymously. Call the 800 numbers ONLY from a pay phone. Other numbers can be called if your caller ID number is blocked.

When the receptionist or security guard gets sick of you and hangs up, call back and tell them that they hung up before you were able to get to the real point of the call, that you wanted to speak to such and so [name on from SP Hall list]. Of course, they won't let you so they will have to take a message. Ask them to write it down. For lulz record it.

I will tell them that I wanted to make sure that so and so got the postcard I sent, that it contained some vital information and I need to make sure it was recieved and understood. I will also tell them that I want them to tell the person that he/she should know that there are many old friends on the outside, who have not forgotten and are ready and willing to help. Tell the receptionist to tell the person, that regardless of the so-called "crime" -- no one on this earth deserves to be treated the way so and so is being treated. Ask her if she got it all. Repeat the Sea Org number and hang up.

Remember that there is NOTHING illegal about this--so there is no way they will be able to hijack law enforcement or the phone company to track you down, if you take sensible precautions.

Heh, maybe you can spend some time explaining to the receptionists how much better life on the outside is, that they'd actually get paid for what they are doing, that they can go see their family and friends anytime they like, don't have to put up with abuse, etc etc.

You can also mention that the Hemet police are aware of the situation inside the base, and if an escort is needed (recommended!) just call 911. "The police will come and see to it that you and your belongings can leave. After that, your old friends will see to it that you have what you need to get on your feet again..."

i didn't participate in the other operations. but i'm def. going to partake in this one. i'm gonna spend my downtime calling some #'s and asking for inmates.

I just want to really make sure they got that piece of mail that got sent them. =)


quick question though. *67? (i don't know where the *86 came from. i tried that (my cell phone to my land line) and didn't work)

as i said, i tried this from my cell phone to my land line, so i was able to observe the output of caller ID

*67 blocked both my name and my number.

a quick google search showed this Caller ID and My Privacy .


i would like to ensure that i'm using the correct syntax, so that they def. don't get my #.

I think even with 67 they can trace you down. I don't know much about calling privacy though, I'm sure others know much more about this. There's got to be a way to give this thread more publicity, seeing as it might directly lead to giving people more freedom. We aren't getting the same force that some Anons did preWBM change.

Re: Caller ID Blocking

*67 will block your Caller ID when calling a normal number.

*67 will NOT block your Caller ID when calling a toll-free (800/888/866) number.

Last caveat: blocking Caller ID WILL NOT PREVENT YOU FROM BEING IDENTIFIED if legal action (i.e., subpoena for telco records) takes place.

All *67 does is block the displaying of information on the called-party side. Telco logs will still have a record of the source of the call. In essence, you aren't *really* blocking your number, you're just setting a flag that says you don't want it to be displayed.

tl;dr if you're going to use *67, don't give them any reason to get a court to subpoena call records, k?
