From what I've gleaned, I don't think you can, so that must be what he was doing. Assuming it's legit of course.

Larry is a long familiar name in coS. And VF- This is an affidavit so may not yet be connected to an existing case. Basically, it is a sworn statement attesting to incidents or activities committed or witnessed by an individual. In order to have it entered as a true artifact, it would have been sworn to and signed before a Notary and possibly other witnesses. It may become entered as testimony much as a deposition can be entered.

It is not impossible that all of that has occurred and the original is currently in a nice attorney's safe. Or at least I hope it is!

What we are looking at is an effort to get information out in preparation for the house of cards to come tumbling down. Much like Lawrence Woodcraft's affidavit regarding the Freewinds. Think of it as insurance. If anything happens to Larry, his words, sworn to and witnessed, become his "voice".

Yeah this seems to be true. Since the question of 'since it's not signed, wouldn't the courts have a copy' question came up, I figured I'd ring the court just to see. :)

Naturally I didn't know, stating there were no courts referenced on it, just the name, state, and county, and that it was unsigned. She said the signing didn't matter. She said she'd have the County Clerk look into it, put me on hold to ring him, update him, and then transfer me. He was out to lunch (yeah, it's 12:30 NH time). And told me she would forward the notes she took along with my contact info to him. She said if I didn't hear back from him, to just call back and ask for him directly.

There is far too much detail in there to be strongly considered as a fake. Are there any OG who have a line of contact with Lawrence? Im sure it shouldn't be too hard to confirm...

I've just re-read it, and its amazing...

I am sure that affidavits from other ex-sci's will soon be forthcoming. Think of it like a ball of snow rolling down a hillside... getting bigger, and bigger, and bigger... and its heading right towards Miscavige's face.
