Question: Actually, I have a question. There's a report here (http://forums.enturbulation.org/15-b...nfirmed-11658/) that a ship called the Freewinds, a Scientology flagship where they hold all their training seminars, has had blue asbestos on it since it was first christened. The ship is now sealed.

The church has many employees, including members of the Sea Org. Do the OSHA protections apply to them, even though they are employees of a church? And what about all of the "parishoners" who have come to spend weeks on board for x, y, and z training over the years? What is the appropriate course of action?

I already said earlier in this thread, I have a friend that works for OSHA, he looked into it, there is nothing they can do unless the ship is within certain nautical miles of the United States. The freewinds does not enter United States Waters, if and when they do then OSHA could step in.
