Day 1

We raided from 10am to around 4pm. 20 anons peak. Handed out ~2000 flyers (video estimate is wrong), talked to dozens of people and recruited a few anons for 5/10. Cops dropped by numerous times but everything was cool. Got lots of honks, scienos only sold 4 books (2 of which were to other scientologists).

Day 2

We shut them down.

We raided from 12pm to around 5pm. 15 anons peak. Handed out ~1500 flyers. They hid in their building all day and didn't even bring out their tables! Closed the blinds and only scurried out for coffee! Police let us get right up in front of the org for flyering. Scienos called the police dozens of times but the cops were on our side; listened to our explanations of fairgame/disconnection/xenu/snowwhite and said they agreed with us. We saw them give 8 stress tests to laughing pedestrians who held our flyers. We didn't see them sell a single book.

Highlights: Numerous "fuck you scientology" remarks from pedestrians (not that we encouraged it), tons of honking despite the fact it wasn't a protest. Bullbait-Failbaiting from scienos. A crazy man mooned an auditor. Dozens of people stopping to talk with us. Awesome police officers who protected us from scienos.

We had a mini-raid in Toronto today.

About 15-20 of us, we met outside the org where they were giving out flyers and doing the free stress test. I had a big sign that said "WARNING: Free Stress Test May Cause Death. Her name was Kaja Ballo."

The Scientologists got pretty damn enturbulated. A few examples I can think of:

-A bullbaiter screaming at us: "How many people has Anonymous killed? How many people?!? HOW MANY!!!!"
-The same women freaking out about us taking her picture on private property (the sidewalk is NOT private property) despite the fact she was doing the exact same to us.
-The auditor sitting at the FST starting singing "la la la" really loudly like an 8 year old to drown out our noise.
-That same auditor announcing "You can ask me anything about Scientology!" and me adding "Except about Xenu!" at which point he screamed "That's it!" and went back inside.

I had a big sign that said "WARNING: Free Stress Test May Cause Death. Her name was Kaja Ballo."

That's cold. But so very effective. Co$ sohuld be nailed to the wall for what happened to her. If you're gonna have that sign, make sure you have supporting fliers so that you can give people some factual information about it when they ask.

I got there around noon to find 12-15 Anons already givin' er. The Scilons must have been pretty bored because they kept auditing each other – even pretending to be strangers and doing introductions back and forth, it was pretty creepy.

As far as I know only one Scilon spoke directly to us. If that Anon is here I'll let him post his account of it, but the Scilon was shaking when he spoke. His whole face was twitching nervously.

The Sysco truck showed up again, delivering their weekly ration of 10,000 eggs and a bag of carrots. Being a Scilon is bad enough, but having to eat 3 meals of eggs every day for billions of years is a form of torture only could invent.

We had a lot of positive feedback from the public, many stopping to encourage/thank us. One German guy was really pissed off at them and asked why we haven't banned them here yet. Some ran over to have their picture taken with us, or to get pictures of us. One guy said this weekend's turn out seemed pretty low, others said every time they come by we're protesting. So the public is starting to recognize us, even anticipate us. Hands were shaken, mothers egged their kids forward to get flyers from the strange masked men, it was all pretty good.

Weirdness:
- apparently homeless guy, the type that push shopping carts around, who criticized us for wear masks, showed up later with a digital camera to take our pics;

- org head(?) made one of the lowlies keep a recorder on him to record us warning people that it's a cult, later dragged this same guy back across the street by his sleeve;

- two women came down Yonge on the East side and bee-lined it across the street into the book store, and then like 30 minutes later they showed up again to sit and be audited simultaneously. They ignored us the way the lower Scilons were trained to do. Using planted 'customers'?;

- Mister Shakey McNervous said Anonymous wasn't winning because none of us have girlfriends;

- cop car showed up just as we were disbanding. Cops had driven by and walked through a couple of times during the day and gave us no problems, but this car stopped right in front of the org. A blonde woman in a while blouse knelt down to talk to the cop inside, then disappeared. Then the org head (the tall Asian guy) knelt down to talk. No idea what was said, but it's probably best we split then anyway.

Overall: mini raid is mini win!

Minor fails though: Lots of people weren't sure if we were FOR or AGAINST Scientology, and asked. And I may have footbulleted our next protest by flyering in front of Warriors...

I think we had a really great day today. I got a lot of positive comments from people, and more than a handful stopped to talk to me about why we were there and why we wore masks. I think they were pretty responsive once I explained.

Some people really wanted flyers; one woman had bags in both hands so she asked for me to put on into the stuff she was carrying. Two cars also stopped in the intersection to ask me for flyers, which was pretty funny.

There were also a lot of people who didn't want flyers but would say things like "I agree with you!" or "I'm on your side," which was pretty nice.

On the whole the young people out in their red t-shirts seemed pretty miserable. They came up to Charles & Yonge for a bit to meet on that patio for their lunch break, I assume. One of them told Tom to "fuck off" but the rest wouldn't say anything or make eye contact. They didn't seem to be having a really fun day like we were. Poor saps.

I arrived with 500 flyers and shared them out and by about 2:30 they were all gone.
