Hm.... I bet it's in their new and improved instructions on what to say to the press. That's why every scilon says it, they have to keep to church doctrine.
The first press release was also spoken as if they've thought of it on the spot.
(They have that TR where they have to read Alice in Wonderland and pretend they're actually speaking it out of their own free will... learning how to repeat your superiors words as if they're your own..)
