God Damn, if this is real it will bring down the CoS Tax Exempt Status if not even more. It also might shed another light on the Lonsdale Story.

Let's get some confirmation. I'm in the mood for some LEGENDARY WIN.

I was a member of the RTC Int Data Base mission as well as a MAA at the Int Base for nearly a decade. I had access to and was exposed to many ethics and pc folders over the years, especially when I was on the data base mission. Went through hundreds and hundreds of files of staff and ex-staff.

I talked to Larry not too long ago and we discussed some of the info contained in this document.

I personally read a lot of data about the MCCS (Mission Corporate Category Sortout) as well as SU (Special Unit) and their activities. For me it was all in bits and pieces, but because Larry was actually running it all, he puts it all into perspective with this affidavit.

I can attest from what I was privy to that this data is accurate and not a fake.

General info-

To file an affidavit, all one must do is provide sworn testimony or write a personal recollection of factual events either performed or witnessed by the signer.

Best guess- Larry went to an attorney who had a clerk write up, in affidavit format, what Larry said. That was turned into a legal document that was then signed and notarized.

An affidavit is insurance. It means that the testimony in the document can be introduced as evidence in a judiciary hearing. For Larry it means that his words will live beyond his personal timeline. If Larry were to pass away, this document can be introduced as evidence against the coS and DM. If such legal action occurs in Larry's lifetime, he has already testified to a willingness to testify in person. So if Germany gets hold of this document and wants Larry to testify, he is already committed to do so.

An affidavit is maintained and published (generally) by one's counsel although it is not necessary. I could swear out an affidavit today and self publish via the internet and some well placed links, for instance.

The fact that Larry has been recorded twice on radio (on the net- Oinkerton provided links) saying these things is further proof that Larry wants this information to be available to any and all who wish to hear it. The fact that he has sworn an affidavit means that he is willing to testify about this information in a court of law.

We love Larry. Larry is doing a great and wonderful thing. And he has managed to re-define "cajones". He gots them.

WOW, I bet DM is gonna have to be put in a padded cell by the end of the weekend!!!!
