On the edits: I just sent the author a friendly email, and he made the changes. Which makes him an awesome human being, and a guy who obviously GETS IT when dealing with an interactive and engaged audience. And PM Gregg for donation info!!! He can send you to the link for sending money. Every bit helps, ESPECIALLY you britfags and ausfags thanks to the weak dollar.

Even if Gregg gets arraigned, he can still fight it!! This is basically the start of a jury trial, Gregg is going to fight this to the end because we know he is innocent. He has to continue this fight in Trial Court, since he has been arraigned and charged.
Gregg has a better chance at winning in a jury trial because Co$ has no evidence whatsoever. Any attorney would find holes in Co$ argument about criminal harassment. Co$ only put up a tape of the Crimes during prelims. That was sufficient evidence to be arraigned to the judge because it was a blanket statement. As legal counsel, I would ask to Co$: "What specific member of your cult has been targeted by Gregg?" That statement alone would cause the building to crumble because the Cult will be hesitant to answer the question and any questions post facto would be end the case in favor of Gregg.
