Good point in the comments section on the whole WBM getting his account axed for previous ToS violations, when the Co$ had a regular user channel that got axed due to ToS violations from the whole outing-Anons debaucle. Why are THEY allowed a second channel, and WBM is not??

NO he's paying by youtubes rules. Their ToS says he is not supposed to create another account or it will be yanked.

okay that´s fine and fair but why the fuck is the Co$ allowed to have a second account? They also had an account deleted! And the ToS of the jewtube are very strikt in this point!

Oh gee, this expensive channel fits nicely on the heels of Youtube banning scientology's biggest critic's account! The Xenutv1 account was deleted recently for copyright rules...because he had a former account that posted a clip from the Colbert Report show, therefore he was not allowed to open a new account, so they deleted it for Terms Of Service TOS violations.

Now, guess what? The Church of Scientology had a previous account which was permanently banned due to ToS violations (posted videos targeting individuals and broadcasting their personal information [picture, name, location, alleged alias]).

According to Youtube's strict ruleset, the "Church" is not allowed to have a second account ("channel"). This rule was made VERRRRY CLEAR by Youtube when they banned Mark Bunker's account (XenuTV1).

Anyone else care to comment on this?

Regardless of what you think of either channel, this is blatant, targeted Internet Censorship.

Or go here to report a complaint to youtube under their privacy comlaint form, since it was for this reason violated their TOS by publishing videos of the anti-scientology group Anonymous' members, and displaying their names and personal information for all to see.

Yep looks right on target. There is one more citation about the CoS admiting it's their channel...florida paper. Let me see if I can dig that up.

Youtube is history, I have deleted my account and moved to Google.
I hope youtube feels some pain when it all comes crashing down.
