Come on now. Let's not be the boy who cried wolf here. Something like this needs video, otherwise it's just wild speculation. We know how aggressive scientologists can be and that this probably happened, but it can't be taken seriously with only 3 pictures taken after the fact and about 3 sentences explaining a generic assault. Focus on things we have evidence of.

You Yankfags talking about filing assault charges need to keep in mind that this happened in happy-go-lucky Scandinavia, not lawsuit-happy America. No court in Denmark will touch this as an isolated incident* - although I do think it should be reported for the paper trail and establishing a pattern in case of possible future harassments.

I´ve been fights where I kneed my opponent in the face like 4-5 times and got punched up substantially, and all the cops did after they broke it up was tell us to stop acting like faggots, go home and sleep it off. I somehow don't see that happening in the US.

No, mace/pepper sprays are illegal in Denmark, and you can be fined or jailed for posessing such things.

Were they videotaping it? Are you an EU country with data protection laws? If so, the person assaulted can register a request for data they have on him, which should include the videotape. If it does, it can be submitted to the police as evidence (and youtube for mass consumption), if not and they lie about having video on you and you have witnesses saying otherwise they're in a huge shitstorm of trouble.
