After this thread totally confusing me about who was the culprit, and who was the victim, I put my idiocy aside and agree with Hiero. Their assaults on us, large or small need to be reported always. Why? Because THEY are the ones who are bullshitting law enforcement and getting away with it.

Vic has it right. You get anything that correlates with them using any part of their body to force you to do something against your will, document and file that stuff.

I agree, ALWAYS inform the Police in cases like this, no matter how minor an infraction. They would jump at the chance to do the same for a lesser offense (and have on many occasions). At the very least, the Police will have it on file, and eventually, they mount up. This is especially good knowing that most local Police forces are sick and tired of the constant complaints, false accusations and attempts to influence from the cults orgs.

There is one rule we all must stick by when it comes to the cult...

INFORM EVERYONE YOU CAN!

And question is, I'm not trying to say you should start shit, but if having them pull at your arms is not assault, then would swatting at her face or pushing her away be "not assault?"

lots of things are technically assault, and come under the definition of it, but if you actually think that it's really assault in any common sense way, then you're as out of touch with reality as a scilon.

Yes. The troubling part is that this was in broad daylight, in the middle of an extremely crowded street. Hundreds of (potential) witnesses. If this was a dark alley, what would she have done?

Probably nothing.

Scienos like this are cowards, she probably thought she could get away with this without being beaten to a bloody pulp as long as she did it in broad daylight. She probably also figured that the situation would turn out as it did, and nothing bad would come of it (except the ED page, I bet she wasn't expecting that).

so i don't know much about law in your sector of Teegeack, but it seems to me that establishing a DOCUMENTED pattern of harassment is a good idea in any reasonably free society.

Tell the police, even if they roll their eyes, tell the police, file a report, get it in writing.
Knowing that you're doing this will make them think twice about touching you, and it will come in handy if they try it again.

All the more reason to research and use the data protection laws in your country to your advantage. The consensus in the thread linked earlier (see education forum, or link earlier in thread to the data protection discussion thread) is that requesting their data on you is immunization against any retaliation, because if they do it's a major major breach of the law, and you would be entitled to compensation under the law.

Research it yourself, you eurofags have it fucking made as far as fair game is concerned. For a small fee you get all the dirt they have on you, if they do not disclose any of it they lose the right to gather data on anyone ever again. They cannot refuse to give over the data as that is also a breach, and you'd be entitled to compensation. See: Bonnie Wood.

Please please all you EU members look into this, it is the most effective legal tool you have against this cult.

edit: hell even if they have data on you but the reason they have data on you is sketchy or a lie, you can get them investigated with a single phone call complaint to the oversight commission for the data protection act. They are completely FUCKED if they even slightly step over the bounds of these laws.
