What did they say was "confidential"? What question did you ask that you couldn't get an answer to, and whom did you speak with? IMHO, nothing about this is confidential. Unless you mean who/what requested the account removal, or the reason
why it was requested to be removed. In which case yes, that is confidential, unless they chose to disclose..
