My pre-trial conference date is May 29th. After that is a trial with a jury. This means lawyers, witnesses (experts cost money, ugh, I am hoping the ACLU finally becomes interested enough,) time, and of course money.

The judge today gave me a court order not to go near any COS property. It didnt have anything stating the amount of feet, or any other distance measure other than "in view of."

I am going to make contact with some people over the next few days to see if I can get any more local press for us out of this. We will see.

This Operation is to raise the biggest shitstorm in the history of the Internets on every front possible:

This is religious persecution, no different from the Spanish Inquisition where the Catholic church instigated the state to persecute those who did not subscribe to its beliefs.

Gregg Housh is to be tried for criminal harressment for being part of the group that entered the church of Scientology Boston's ***reception area*** to hand out fliers to people inside while they were auditing, processing orders and pushing books.

The reason is simple, without your help, the DA will no doubt trot out a whole parade of Scientology Reverends and parishoners of high social standing against gregg's *one* witness, Tom (Cameranon). Past cases have shown (Bob Minton, Micheal Pattinson, etc) they will lie in court to jurors who have no reason to doubt them b/c they swore under oath and perjury, amirite? wrong. Scilons will do everything in their power to paint Gregg as some kind of demon lord from the nine hells bent on tormenting those harmless, innocent Scientologists.


However...
If Anonymous succeeds in turning this into the largest grassroots shitstorm since Watergate Scandal, the DA and CoS will back down because it'll be bad PR to continue AND it'll affect their bottomline in the immediate future (election for DA and $$$ for CoS)

ACLU and other interest groups will become interested as its high profile and has enough public support.

Dont they have a sing that says "All welcome"? Most orgs do. And I believe he was just dropping off leaflets to let them know there would be a protest. All he was doing was being a good citizen....

If Greg was wearing a mask upon entry, it's only implied. There's no proof of this what-so-ever. If he admits to anything, he convicts himself. Court is a place to not play fair. Scilon's evidence is circumstantial at best.

There's no proof of Gregg's membership to Anonymous.
There's no proof of Gregg entering any building (if he was masked).
There's no proof of Gregg saying or doing anything to any Scientologist.
There's no paper trail linking Gregg to any Scientologist.
The only evidence they have, which is circumstantial and controversial at the very least, is Gregg applying for a permit to protest, which is public record. I don't know if it states WHAT he is protesting, but if it does not, he could've been protesting the piss poor treatment of manhole covers for all anyone knows. If it's explicitly stated on the application for a permit to protest WHAT he is protesting, then it'll set a precedent that is indeed intriguing to the law practitioners at large. Either way, I don't think using this document as evidence in court is very smart.

The only way to really get this done is to prove that the Scilon witnesses are perjuring themselves. I think if perjury is proven by the defense, you can in turn sue the plaintiff for 'time lost' and 'defamation of character, slander and libel' and all the rest using court documents as evidence leading to a swift conviction and a gigantic smear on Scientology.

None of us were wearing masks that day. In fact we were all just wearing scarves and bandanas. Also of note, the real big point: I DID NOT GO IN THE CHURCH.

Well he didn't enter any building. So that's a footbullet for Scientology. They're perjuring themselves if that's listed among the accusations.

Man I really don't think they can use public records like an application for a permit to protest as evidence for harassment... It just doesn't logically work in my brain.

What makes you think Co$ operatives are intelligent enough to know when to back off? DA? Maybe. Co$? Always heading for epic footbullets.

btw; I wrote an essay on the Watergate scandal once... hilarious stuff.

This trail should be used against them as much as possible, fair game should play a part in your defense, show those outed anon videos and how their charges against Sean C getting dropped, and any cases with fair game instances.

If Gregg did not, or they can't be prove either way, go into the church, then this is just another example of the church trying to intimidate peaceful protesters with abusive litigation and thinly vialed threats. I believe intimidation of protesters with the intent to deprive them of their constitutional rights can be considered a federal crime.

Gregg never entered the building. Please remember that. Tresspassing was thrown out for a reason. The charge is basically for organizing protests.

Should there be a Press Release of some sort?

Also re witnesses for Gregg (typing as I think of things), as well as the cops from the protests as was suggested in the other thread, what about your employer as a character witness? And/or your parole officer? I'm guessing you wouldn't have broken parole at all, so s/he'd be a good one for you.
