I'm going to agree with the OP. As lulzy as this shit is, there's no way Middletowne America hasn't got SOME statute that can be used to prevent invasion by flying phalluses.

Check the regs, I've been going over local rules here and...surprisingly so long as the flying cocks aren't used for a sexual purpose...I see nothing to prevent this from happening. I think it's a definite possibility that the local governments have over-looked THIS particular circumstance. (obey your RF laws, maintain a proper distance from all normal RC heli no fly zones)
