Operation: Sea Org Munchies?

i was thinking that since the Sea Org types only get to eat rice and beans, maybe we can call up the CO$ and ship them a load of pizza on a protest day. They can even pick the pizzeria and have the food shipped to them and we'll pay for it, just as a gesture of good will.
Of course, if $ refuses, this could be used as wonderful propaganda material: "$cientology won't even let you eat FREE food." Either way, a win. Comments?

Giving them food is a bad idea - they sprinkle some substances on it and were poisoning their food.

as i am a poor person, and those pizzas are probably going to the trashcan because the scilons would never accept them, i say bad idea...

I say a better way is have the cook anons come with home made food with signage that says sea org kids welcome to free food! and tell people on the walk way how they are only allowed to eat rice and beans and not this! (had over fudge brownie, or fry bread etc) I think that'll send a much better message.

As nice an idea as food is, think health coades, etc. PLEASE only ever give out pre package food at protests

Maybe we can buy them one of those frozen pizzas they can take back with them to microwave later. I agree re: prepackaged food.

Anything, ANYTHING I take with me to a rally, even antacid for myself, if it's meant for consumption, it's sealed.

I actually proposed something to this effect a month or two ago...

I proposed that if a group raised enough money, they could hire a cheap catering service (would mean scis couldn't claim we were doing stuff to the food). Set up the 'snack bar' outside an Org with a lot of Sea Org people in it and give a speech something to the effect of:

"Attention Sea Org members... we're sorry to hear that your leaders don't think you should be allowed to have a decent meal. We're sorry to hear that they'd rather spend millions of dollars on advertising, and private investigators, and lawyers... than spring for some Pizza. We know you've been told we're the bad guys... but we're inviting all of you to come out of your offices and join us for a little free food."

Worst case - Scis refuse, sit barricaded in their office, more food for us.
Best case - A couple of them actually come out, eat, maybe even realize we're not the bad guys.

Idea: Set up our own catering. In Canada, you can get Foodsafe, and that's a good thing. What we do is set up a table, and have food made/delivered/ordered/baked, and then we all chip in for it.

Once we've paid for it, we invite the Scientologists to come have some with us. We could even keep behind the table, so there'll be easy access for any Scientologists looking for a bite, without having to walk through any Anonymous. Of course, we'll have sharp-eyed, FoodSafe certified Anonymous sitting there to watch, in case of any trouble. If they try to wreck the food, we'll be sure to have several angles, lots of pics, and more than enough film to put them to shame. And because we eat it, and they eat it, they can't poison themselves and blame it on us, because we were eating the same food.

If they do anything in bad faith, it'll reflect upon themselves. If they come and have some food, it'll also be win.
