I flag alot of these vids for bullying.

If they take it down its their decision, same as if they keep it up.

funny thing is, he denied the xenu story and scientology's alien beliefs in comments and then after i pointed him to the wikileak documents he said he does "not deny it",

Half of these people are probably trolls, and are lolling at people screaming OSA at them. There is no point in engaging with them. It doesn't matter what they say to you. They are just trolling for a response, even any real OSA. Srsly some people need schooled in Trolling 101.

If you do reply, do so for the benefit of everyone else (e.g. making a joke at the troll's expense). Don't try to argue or point out flawed reasoning -- that only works on people who play fair. And, under NO circumstances are you to get upset. If you read something that upsets you, immediately STFU and find something else to do. Do NOT respond with anger, or the troll wins. You can come back later, but cool off first. (I speak from experience. Also, cocks.)

Nobody. YouTube is the one actually removing content, not the flaggers, but it's their site and they can do what they want. Trolls are free to maintain their own Web sites to express their views. And their messages aren't necessarily protected speech in the first place.
