Possible Litigation Angle against $cientology?

So I'm following up on stories about the Freewinds asbesto boat from hell, and was reading about this from the various Anon links to the stories:

The truth is, Lawrence Woodcraft (who we are setting up an interview with for our Glosslip Radio show along with his daughter Astra) has been warning about the deadly, cancer-causing blue asbestos for seven years. If the CoS continues to use this ship, knowing full well they have exposed their members and those using the cruise line to a known deadly substance, then this clearly opens them up to a vast array of legal actions, including an almost iron-clad class-action suit.

Scientology has hidden behind their litigious threats for years and we encourage any and all news agencies to pursue this story to get a full and comprehensive answer about this cover-up.

Can we push for litigation in some form? Find out members/past members who might want some money for their future health costs?

Lawrence Woodcrafts affidavit swearing that the people in charge knew of the deadly asbestos for at least 7 years (when the affidavit was released) and that he had informed them for many years before that.

**NOTE** Its been mentioned that Bitty Miscavige is the mother of Jenna Miscavige (an advocate of our cause. Although Bitty may have known about the asbestos, great care must be taken to not directly target her or her daughter. The reasoning being bounced around right now is that she may have known (she later left $cientology) and didnt want to be disconnected from others within the church (like her daughter)

I suggest the way to do this is to distribute materials to every org etc with something like:

Have you explored the higher OT levels abord the Freewinds?

You have exposed to harmful chemicals that not even the Purif can expel! If you have been on the Freewinds, you have been exposed to asbestos, a known carcinogen. Help is available: Call xxx-xxx-xxxx

Then the article with source and URL and a contact for an attorney. (And uh, maybe you should find attorneys to handle this first, FL and CA would be the two main ports o'law)

Me, I would leave out the "your upper management knew this and did it you anyway" since that could put them in denial. The important thing is to get them to call the attorney and learn the facts from them. Let the attorney say: "You are one of probably over 2000 people who were exposed to asbestos. The company running the ship was aware of its presence and felt that you did not need to know that harmful chemicals were on board. Would you like to be part of a lawsuit that can help provide for your future medical care?"

But that's my opinion.
