To those of you who current use Xenu.net on protest signs
While the site it self is a wealth of information the forums there are not representative of our intentions, message or actions.
It is currently being trolled to the point that if we sent some one from the general public there we would be badly represented. Either as anonymous or as critics of scientology. May I suggest since this is where we are represented best that some serious consideration be given to redirect people here or another Anonymous controlled website. Don't take my word on it, go check out their forums and decide for your self. Hive mind activate. |

Re: To those of you who current use Xenu.net on protest signs
Few people will go into the forum IMO. I'd agree xenu.net is a bit TL: DR for people coming to the subject anew, but overall the site has a lot of advantages over anywhere else.
I know I've still gotta lotta love for the big Norwegian (and his site). |

Re: To those of you who current use Xenu.net on protest signs
I've gotta disagree with the OP on two counts.
1. Enturbulation is not Anonymous any more than OC is. This site, although easily my favorite among the lot, is NOT the best representation of what "Anonymous" is. The best representation of "Anonymous" is all those crazy and loveable weirdos out there on the streets with masks, signs, cakes and hugs for anyone willing to pause a moment to look, listen, eat and hug in return. It would be unfair to THIS site to lay that burden on it, just as it would be wrong and dangerous to say that 420chan, 711chan or 4chan were the "best representation" of Anonymous. That would be like saying all Scotsmen have red hair and breath that can kill an ox. (Not true - I have dark brown hair. The ox part, however, is true.) 2. Operation Clambake beats Enturbulation.org hands down when it comes to readily and easily available documentation and records regarding the truth about Scientology and the history of the protest against it. It is the web site which helped ME get involved in these Protests. Without having been referred there (by Wikipedia) I never would have learned what I have. HOWEVER - I would say this in support of the OP. The forums of OC do lack much of the structure, discussion, thoughtfullness and general levity (read, "balls out insanity") of Enturbulation.org. Xenu.net is a great place to start, read and learn. Enturb is a great place to meet, socialize, plan and protest. And Andreas has the cutest dimples when he smiles. Tamphex, however, will try to get you drunk and have his way with you. I'm just saying. |

Re: To those of you who current use Xenu.net on protest signs
Actually, I have to disagree with both counts. Enturb's not the place to start, because it's a place for those who have already decided to get involved actively and want to know how. Operation Clambake/Xenu.net is a poor place to start because, while it's a wealth of information, there's no bullet-point, easily-digested-chunks-of-information that explain what the hell is going on.
Whyweprotest.net and Youfoundthecard.com were both set up specifically to deal with this issue. I think, fervently, that this is where we should direct most people to be going. Both lead to more involved sites, and if someone isn't convinced by the 'cliff's notes' versions in those places, we're not going to get them anyway.

Re: To those of you who current use Xenu.net on protest signs
www xenu. net is a easy to write on signs and easy to remember. Maybe we could nicely ask Andreas to create a simple bullet point/FAQ with links to other sites like youfoundthecard, exscientologykids, whyweprotest on his home page, thus making it a win for everyone?

Also since Xenu.com is a advertising site, and Xenu.org goes to a 404, most people will find xenu.net eventually, even if they get the last third letters wrong. Finally he does have a link to ESK. In fact, its the fifth link on the main page, hard to miss. |

Re: To those of you who current use Xenu.net on protest signs
It's not about Anonymous at all - people need to figure this out.
It's about informing people about the evils of Scientology. And that's what Xenu.net does. Also I quite like how they're not unopposed to the "religious beliefs" of Scientology - the only thing I don't like about this Anon movement is how most everyone is really uneducated on that subject and pulls punches there. If you understand what Scientology is about, then you know it's a huge scam and not a religion at all. Xenu.net provides resources for people to arrive at that conclusion, and doesn't equivocate for the press. Also it's much easier to remember the url over all the other sites. |

So everyone's buck passing. Nice.
But then it would be nice for someone who actually knows him to ask, rather than some random stranger criticizing his website suddenly. He would be more likely to respond, no? |

Just do it or I'll ask in the most inflammatory and negative manner I can come up with in 5 minutes. This may involve Last Measure.

This though i think you found the card has a very dark layout thatīs why i prefer to handout flyers with whyweprotest.net itīs translated in various languages and has a no tl/dr explanation of the basics of course if Andreas can create an "easy entrance point" for newfags xenu.net is a very catchy name for website!
