Is there a way to make this into a video, with the faces? I would like to make a YouTube of it, changing the music and putting some titles on, but I can't figure out how to capture it in the first place.

That is win. unfortunately its an annoying flash video site which doesn't seem to have a way to download, so unless someone else can mess around with the flash, the only option really is FRAPS or similar.

Just had a thought, whilst remembering a thread a few weeks back. Scilons often flier near the millenium bridge, on the south bank. Hows about when the QVS protest is going down a cohort of Anons do a lap from QVS down to parliament, then south bank back to QVS?

Okay so maybe parliament is not so good, but doing a couple of fliering walks up/down the south bank could be effective to EnTuRbUlAtE any scifags... thoughts?

The best way is a screen recorder, that's the way this way was done:

unfortunately all the ones I try either mess with the sync, don't record audio or leave a blank space where the flash is.

Pretty much hoping for the court date of the guy who got the summons to be ahead of the next protest. That would solve it.

Beyond that Anony-nony-no is the best person to report on this, since he's the one in contact with the fuzz on the issue.

I think the partyvan should be given a rest for a month. It's a lot of money and wont have quiet the same impact if it turns up EVERY month. Skip a month and have it turn up in July when WBM and Magoo will be there.

Yeah I was thinking last night June should be a quiet month (well, not quiet, but slightly more low-key), so more energy can be focused on July.

Maybe even do something completely different in June, like loads of flyering groups across the city or something.

With the pirate theme I think we might be able to spread out more and still be capable of being recognized across London.

Don't expect it to be small though, the pirate theme are drawing people in at an alarming rate. And the fact that most exams are over at that point is also going to pull numbers up considerably.

I kind of agree with this.. I was at last month's protest and when it first turned up everyone went mental XD but by yesterday even I sensed it had lost some of the effect...

Maybe we should follow the mini-raid model, sending out loads of raiding parties throughout London, with TCR as a save and respawn point?

I don't know, I think if people are going to protest against Scientology, it makes sense to do it outside the Sci buildings rather than just all over the place. So I don't really like the mini raid idea..

Maybe do mini-raid groups in the morning instead of QVS, then meet up for the protest proper at TCR in the afternoon? I definitely think we need to shake up the formula a bit, just to keep things interesting.

EDIT: Also if we're not at QVS, that removes the "cult" on signs issue entirely.

QVS is a great staging point, but it kinda dull and I doubt the effect it's having. Also if we had one central location, it would reduce the travel costs a little bit. Although I'd miss the tube journeys. They're fun.

Mass mini-raids wouldn't be to protest, but to inform. Unless, of course, there were stress test tables or sci-flyers elsewhere around the city that we could whatever-roll.

Maybe instead of QVS, outside the GLA - we can say we want Boris to get Scientology out of London and we'd be very close to HMS Belfast - so the pirate theme would make even more sense.
