One of those plastic art portfolios with the handles would hold a med size sign if you got the large one. Stores that sell graphics supplies carry them. Alternatively you could just wrap them in brown paper and put the sticks on when you arrive.

This is a little call out for all the Sydney-Siders. This wednesday night we would like to do a flyier to drop on some on the Sydney Uni's.

We are asking for extra people hand out fliers at Sydney Uni and UNSW entrances as people are leaving or going into classes for wednesday evening promoting next week end's protest.


Request is that you will need to bring a mask (Guy Fawkes perfered), and operate in groups of not smaller than 2 people.

For those people that can spare a few hours mid week, that would be nice.

Do what I doing. Sticky tape a garbage bag on top of the sign.
Otherwise, buy the cardboard and shoe polish in sydney and make the sign onsite.

yeh gunna go to the hardware store and get some dowel and make the sign here, then put it all together down there.

i think its important to have a part of the speach set aside to remind everyone that the scientologists arent our enemies, anyone taking photos of us arent out enemies, and under NO circumstances should we appear anything other than friendly.

even though i have affirmed this to the group i am bringing down many times, they still seem to forget every so often and throw in comments like "oh if this happens, i'll just do THIS:", so i think its worth reminding everyone on the day because it may not be in the forefront of peoples mind (especially reffering to cameras, note it could be media).

There can never been too many pamphlets. So don't count on it.

bring your flyers anyway. even if its not the focus of this picket, the public still should know about lisa.

from the sounds of it, flyers run down quickly so its worth having spares.
