Probably not. One can hope though. I do hope some government sticks it to DM and makes him explain what he did to the people he did it to, though. He can't claim they consented if they don't know. Either way, he's a monster.

2) I think we should tie this into the Operation: Over the Wall [Postcards from Paradise] or whatever thread that's in Activism/Planning right now. Having a few dozen postcards saying, "I just heard about all the blue asbestos found in the Freewinds, and I know you spent a lot of time there because you are OT7/were Sea Org/etc. Are you okay?"

Question: Actually, I have a question. There's a report here (http://forums.enturbulation.org/15-b...nfirmed-11658/) that a ship called the Freewinds, a Scientology flagship where they hold all their training seminars, has had blue asbestos on it since it was first christened. The ship is now sealed.

The church has many employees, including members of the Sea Org. Do the OSHA protections apply to them, even though they are employees of a church? And what about all of the "parishoners" who have come to spend weeks on board for x, y, and z training over the years? What is the appropriate course of action?
