To fix this DM will have to cough up in excess of 25 million dollars PLUS he will have to pay off the lawsuits... and there will be a shitpot full 'o those.

My best guess for who owns the MV Freewinds would be the I.A.S or an associated entity. IAS was all over the heavy donation gathering efforts of 1985-86. Their strategic HQ was also on board, in the lower decks.
