New violator! Notify Youtube!

Ok hate me all you want, but I understand why they removed Mark's second account (although I did not like it). YouTube had the policy that did not allow a second account after the first had been banned. I thought that they abided by their rules, and didn't see a problem.

HOWEVER, if this second Scientology account doesn't get banned as well (and any future accounts created by the CoS), then I will have a huge problem.

Quite simply, if this second Scientology account doesn't get banned, it will show that YouTube is being payed off or at the very least, extremely biased towards Scientology.

I emailed asking them to show the Youtube community that they are fair and not biased.

If that account does something against TOS the only recourse you have - on the surface - is to block the user. I've never seen a video page on YouTube that lacked the simple "flag" ability for users. Seems like YouTube created a special profile and set of rules for CoS. I guess they paid them enough for it. If I'm wrong please let me know.

That does suck, but on the other hand, they are now getting shedloads of emails about this apparently priveliged account, which should show that people do care enough to bother to do all the extra naffing about.

Doesn't matter if the suspended account came before, during, or after the special "Advertiser" account started. A church account was banned, the church took credit for it, the rules say GTFO CoS, THE POOL IS FUCKING CLOSED.

That is beautiful - there's no wiggle room in that rule, it is 100% clear. Mark Bunker AND the Church of Scientology are not allowed to possess Youtube accounts now.

Bumped, and e-mailed YouTube on this as well.... This will be an EPIC WIN for us if we can get them to either ban the Co$'s Channel, or possibly the reinstatement of xenutv1, although I wouldn't hold my breath on that one. :(

Youtube has messed up alot of the join dates recently somehow. Check torymagoo44's account date, it says March 22nd of 2006. She has only had that account for a little over 2 months, I remember seeing her innaugural video. I'm betting that the churchofscientology account was only created recently and they mucked up the date on it. Heck even my own account says November of 2007, I was signed up way before that. So their dates don't make alot of sense, some are showing earlier others later, than an accounts actual sign up.

General Policy Enforcement Information

When a user has posting privileges temporarily disabled on one account, for the duration of the suspension that user is also prohibited from posting material to YouTube using any other account. Attempts to circumvent this rule may result in immediate termination without warning of all accounts.

A user whose account has been terminated is prohibited from accessing, possessing or creating any other YouTube accounts.

Its rock solid. If Youtube doesn't cancel the CoS channel, then they are breaking their own rules.
