Made this tonight in about 1.5 hours. Wrote the copy myself, so it's possibly a bit kludgy. Yes I know there are some deficiencies such as the fact that GO infiltrated the US government. But the intricacies of Scilon internal organisation won't fit!

It does not cost $300,000 to reach OT3. It cost around a tenth of that. To reach the top OT you need to spend at least that much.
