Yeah, I agree. Future press releases needs more focus on CoS abuses. But this protest is specifically about CoS' treatment of its critics, so it's not a bad thing to try to explain just who we are. And the press coverage we're getting still seems to stem more from curiosity about the Anonymous 'group' itself, rather than the abuses, so it seems a good idea to try to ride that.
Eventually, the protests will become old news, and the existence of Anonymous itself won't be worthy of coverage. That's when the abuses must take prominence, to win coverage. But these are just my two cents. |
