WTF is "Against your Thought"???

Hey, does anyone do Critical Mass rides? Let's get an anonyflag and slap it behind a bicycle. That's one Friday a month to get exposure.

What about a stickering campaign? Like "GoT XENU?" or
OBEY
scientology

I thought the people in the Sunglasses video acted like some of the crazy people who followed Mark Bunker. That aside, does anyone know a shop that makes flags so we can get an Anonymous one, or could someone do it by hand?

Re: Columbus, OH

If I'm off, I'm up for critical mass this month, I'll put in a request tomorrow.

One thing from this month that really bothered me was everyone unmasking, RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE "CHURCH". Unmasking defeats the purpose of us being anonymous. We had members go through the trouble of taking an afternoon to meet with the police to make sure everything was legit, and that the masks were ok, we need to take advantage of that.
I know some people are unanimous (like chef) but srsly people, we don't need the entire columbus anon population namefagged. Cops being there won't stop the scilons from taking pictures and hitting the interwebs to track us down. Our numbers are lacking enough as it is.
I hate to be a conspiracy theorist, but how do we know they're not namefagging us one by one, and just waiting. Once their rezoning gets passed, they can fairgame the namefagged all they want, they got to their goals.
They're using a lot of reverse psychology against us, it's very common for people being protested (they go one of two ways, entertain the protesters, or turn violent, i feel they're moving slowly from entertaining to violent, and i've only been to one protest)

We're not just taking on a cult, we're saving people who don't have the means to save themselves. people who don't know what they've gotten themselves into until it's too late. We're opening the public eye to something most people don't have the time or money to look at.
It's not just the tax exemption.
It's not just their oppressive methods.
It's the basic human rights that are being violated.

It's the lives that are being lost.

something i was thinking about a while back at work, "you know things have gotten bad when anonymous decides to do the right thing for a change"

As opposed to spamming Ebaum's world and raiding Habo Hotel?

I see what you're getting at, and I agree. Taking off the masks defeats the purpose of bringing one in the first place, and it makes the efforts of those who did all the more meaningless. You cannot be legion if you don't dress accordingly. I also felt that the people protesting seemed to be more violent the the $cifags, from what I've seen on You Tube. I honestly think that Cbus needs to rethink itself before the next protest, because if we don't, we could all end up namefagged, forced to leave, or, at worst, arrested.

^This

The idea is not just to not be namefagged but to be Anonymous- Without Name- because we are everyone, even those inside who want to get out. While no one is going to turn into a rulesfag and we are free to protest as we like, I do think protecting your identity is key to being able to do it again the next month. Remember though, it effects others and not just yourself.

And what is with trying to make people honk? Isn't coercion something we are against?

I will happily make another accordion banner, if you guys want. I will also make youfoundthecard.com cards again and distribute them around town and the suburbs, and print out fliers or brochures.

I was wondering if an Anonymous flag might not be a bad idea....

Another thought- it appears all went well with us on both sides of the street. I wonder if we shouldn't rotate people in and out of the alley to stand outside the side door, too, sending the message we are everywhere.
Hey, I got a bunch of quotes for a flag and the cheapest price is $130. There's no fucking way I can afford to pay that, if people are willing to donate or something that would be nice haha

Re: Columbus, OH

I was thinking of this for next month's banner

Big text: "End Fair Game"
Smaller text: "In more than name!"

"End" and "more than" in red, the rest in black.

That is tentative for one side and am open to suggestions about that or what to put on the other side.

Some excellent discussion going on here guys. I gotta say I agree, keep your anonymity as long as fucking possible. These guys mean business, as non-talking dude demonstrated in his determined effort to follow us as far as we (with the help of the CPD) would allow him.

I'll be both more selective in who I chose to bring with, and more insistent that they wear some disguise, even groucho glasses and a wig or hat you don't usually wear can make you hard to recognize.

The Guy Fawkes masks make a definite psychological impact in mass, but may become unpractical as we move into hot weather.

The right stage makeup products, however...

I feel the anonymity is also a strong mind fuck for the silons since we could and probably are the people closest to them. We see everything they do and they see nothing at all.

OMG, the Cleveland post-4/12 photos show a dude with a paper plate with a hole for the nose. It is AWESOME idea, because it can be decorated, it is soooooo non-threatening, it is cheap.

It was hard walking around with a mouth covering and sunglasses and the general public look scared. I'm really supporting the hilarious paper plate idea. Just cut two eyes, a nose hole and maybe a mouth slit. It looks like preschool daycamp and is hilarious.

That answers my Question quite perfectly thanks
Looks like Gundam Refs are out the Window (Unless the Marcabian Fleet now include Zeon or something)

I like the paper plate idea, But I believe I will stick with my Fawks Mask for now
But I might take my dremmel to it to widen up the holes near the nose to allow better air circulation or something

Two other fun ones. I think we need to remind BWC that they have an ongoing action they forgot about. Stuff like that falls through the cracks.

Man, this just keeps getting better. Since the local org is getting a bit more hostile to us, perhaps it's time we started bringing more public attention to not just the misdeeds of the mother church, but also any nastiness that's been going on here in cowtown. To the passers by, things that go on in Florida and California are one thing, but bad things happening right on High Street is quite another...
