so, someone made a thread about how some of the smaller cities and some of the cities who don't get as much recognition as the places with bigger orgs are being slighted. i happen to think ya'll should get more recognition.

i want to thank you for organizing the protests in your city. i know that it must be much harder to show up with very few people and protest.

every Anonymous protest is important. every anon who protests is vital. every anon who cannot make it to the protests, but who helps in other ways is vital. there is not one of us who is not an integral part of this movement.

so, thank you very much for having your protests!

You're encouraged to attend a pre-protest meet-up (already masked) at Pioneer Square by the Umbrella Man statue at 10:30am. I believe all three MAX train lines have stops on Pioneer square, as well as some of the bus routes.

We had a pretty good day IMO. Numbers were about the same as last time, but with some new [s]faces[/s]masks! A reporter from the Willamette Week came out and took pictures and interviewed us and the Scientologists, so hopefully we'll be getting a story soon! (WW is Portland's biggest weekly newspaper and the main alternative to The Oregonian) NO cops, other then a car that drove past. No Renta Cop and a different scientology doorman. Gwen Mayfield, the local head of CoS came out and gave us

chocolates.

We asked her to our Prom which is coming up sometime in late June. She wouldn't talk to us.

Over all, I think today was an Epic Win.

I second the epic win. We handed out a lot of fliers today and got to talk to quite a few people. Sadly, my batteries died before I could get very many photos.
