Re: San Francisco
I should be able to attend the protest yet again. More fun times and lulz would be a relief this time =D.

ha ha ha. yes. THIS. though we'd need some bandannas, some tennis rackets, a VOIT volley ball, and a croquette set.

Re: San Francisco
Poll results extracted from THIS THREAD.
View Poll Results: Name plz. Operation: Fail Game 38 17.04% Operation: Unfair Game 22 9.87% Operation: Game Over 141 63.23% Operation: Speak Out 22 9.87% This being the case, I quite honestly see no reason why I shouldn't proceed with printing out the badge designs so I can get cracking for you guys. (And so I'm not working my ass off at the last minute to get things done.) Basically the only opposition I've heard is a bunch of kiddy anons whining that it should be Operation Fair Game: Stop (or something very similar) out of desperation to cling to some "Gamestop" memetic and the May 10th release of Battletoads. This alone seems to be thwarting progress on deciding firmly on a name for the protest itself. Should SF Anonymous decide as a collective what it feels best represents its interest? This may be the case this time around. I'm sure I'm not the only person that has material and ideas that's fairly dependent on a theme title. Let's get some thoughts rolling. Maybe we could put aside which games to play at Union Square and settle on at least this one issue. |

Re: San Francisco
This shit is fucking annoying. There is way to much debate about the theme.
I think it should just be the simple and effective Operation: Game Over. Although if Operation: Battletoad Earth is approved, I wouldnt be opposed Im telling you, May 10th is going to be a HUGE factor in deciding whether Anonymous is really going to deliver constantly. |

![]() Anyway, I've seen and lurked enough that it is indeed "Operation: Game Over" and it's just trivial throwing monkey wrenches in the gears by gamers that are trying to make this a video game thing, rather than a Co$ related thing. That may have sounded a little pompous, but fuck it. I've got shit I need to get rolling with that can't get hung up on trivialities. SF Anons know what I'm talking about. |

Re: San Francisco
Operation Game Over?
Well, if you guys need some boardgames... I've got Ticket to Ride, Shadows over Camelot, Arkham Horror, Pictionary (best if played drunk, though, so I dont know...), chess boards and then some. Probably could use with another trip down to the game store. Hell, I could bring my DnD dice and some character sheets if we REALLY wanted to nerd it up in this joint. However! These games have a lot of pieces and I'm sure someone is going to lose them/knock them over into the street/steal them and sell them for crack/eat them because they look like candy. I could bring a few... if you super duper promise to be careful... <3 |
