On May 10th at 11 AM, members of the internet collective known as "Anonymous" will gather in peaceful protest outside the Santa Barbara Church of Scientology.

Similar protests are scheduled to take place across the world, as Anonymous continues its global campaign to bring about awareness of the Church of Scientology's history of abuse and injustice.

Encouraged by Anonymous's campaign, three young ex-Scientologist women brought up in the Church have come forward, creating the website Ex-Scientology Kids to assist others in recovering from the abusive and manipulative practices of the organization.

As with previous protests, Anonymous is working closely with local authorities to ensure a peaceful and constitutional protest.

Hello. I am a member of the online group known as "Anonymous" who has, since January, been protesting against the abuses of the Church of Scientology.

This Saturday, May 10th, at 11:00 am at 524 State Street ( outside the Santa Barbara Church of Scientology ) we will once again take to the streets both here and in locations all over the world. With over 9000 protesters in 110+ cities around the world, this is one of many locations in a world wide campaign against human rights abuses, fraud, extortion and harassment perpetrated by the Church of Scientology. While we have no issue with the belief system of Scientology, the actions of it's official organization are inexcusable. We are working with local authorities to make sure the protests go smoothly and safely.
