Re: Should Edmonton Alberta still protest at the Co$?
Let us have almost everyone at the church, then we can a have a small group march around downtown, then maybe on whyte.
We can have a pre-raid at West Ed. before hand. |

Go to west ed, then go to co$?
Many won't be able to do both, I like the idea of picketing the church again while a group walks around Last edited by soundeddeathknell; 04-17-2008 at 07:17 PM. Reason: elaborated |

Re: Should Edmonton Alberta still protest at the Co$?
Could also post signs with directions leading towards the main protest at the Co$ like they do with garage sales and houses for sale, except instead of being boring "house thataway" signs, they could be like "Free Cake!!!" or "$ crazy cult ahead."
That, in addition to the other suggestions of having the main protest at the church while having smaller groups go around informing and redirecting people. Edit: Now that I think about it, the free cake thing might attract some panhandlers or something :S Meh, just say that the homeless can't be scientologists?

Re: Should Edmonton Alberta still protest at the Co$?
I had the idea of just placing a few guys on every busy corner downtown for a bit before we all congregate together at the church.. people ask so many more questions when the group is smaller and in one spot also..
and we definately can't forget about whyte ave.. |

Re: Should Edmonton Alberta still protest at the Co$?
The COS has many shells and many arms. They produce "educational materials" under a front called Applied Technologies. There is a school called 'The Progressive Academy" in Edmonton that utilizes this material. Their location though seems to out of the way for a protest? Here is a link showing their LRON connection: Progressive Academy - Study Technology - About L. Ron Hubbard

I don't really know Edmonton all that well so I'll be arriving outside the church.
